ensure their craft is registered and carrying appropriate safety equipment
ensure operators of their craft are licensed or legally entitled to operate their craft with a
licensed person on board
ensure their craft is in good repair and has noise levels acceptable to the general public
not operate in a manner that could cause annoyance or danger to others
travel past waterside residences or public places at a distance and power level which
minimises noise at the shore
operate the craft to avoid causing up-flight of feeding and roosting bird flocks by
paralleling at a distance not less than 100m and not flying directly toward them within 200m
treat the general public with respect and communicate with them in a professional manner
be a positive role model for the general hovercraft community
